Michael King

Michael King is currently a General Manager within the Global Data Supervisory Department in Rakuten. He is responsible for all operational aspects within the department, as well as delivering world-class consulting services within Rakuten to improve the use of data.

Prior to that he spent a year in Autodesk in charge of Channel business for Asia/Pacific and held the Japan Country Manager. He was responsible for accelerating the transformation into a subscription model based business. Prior to that he has been the president and representative director of Citrix Systems Japan K.K for seven years. In that role, he was responsible for leading, driving, and expanding the Citrix business in Japan.
