I was working as a Java Developer / System Architect more than 10 years in the airline company and travel industry.

I became a tech manager with 30 members and developed backend API.
Just recently I moved to QA section and managing the manual/automation testing groups.

State of Testingは世界規模で行われている最大のテストの調査です。
この調査は80ヶ国以上、1,000人以上のテストの専門家から回答を得ることでと世界のテストコミュニティに関するもっとも正確な情報を提供することを目的にしています。
今回はSoTの翻訳リーダーで日本のテストコミュニティで著名なテストエンジニアの1人である辰巳敬三氏、テスト自動化のWebサービスMagicPodの開発元TRIDENT社のCEOで自動テストの第一人者である伊藤氏を迎え、弊社トラベルQAを率いる粟澤、SoTの翻訳者の一人である弊社藤原を交えディスカッションを展開していきたいと思います。

The State of Testing (SoT) is the largest testing survey worldwide.
With about 1,000 participants from more than 80 countries, this survey aims to provide the most accurate information regarding the testing profession and the global testing community.
We'd like to discuss the above with Mr. Tatsumi, who is the translation leader of SoT, and one of the most distinguished test engineers in the Japanese test community; Mr. Ito, who is a leading expert in automated testing; Mr. Awasawa, who leads Travel QA; and Mr. Fujiwara, who is one of the translators for SoT.
