Bjorn Laukli is the Head of Americas Technology Division and the CTO of Rakuten.com, the Marketplace. In his role he is responsible for deploying and operating core platforms like search and ID, and at the same time making sure that the Marketplace for Rakuten in the US market grows with new innovation with better and faster execution.
